5th-12th Grade

The Highlands Student Ministry is dedicated to guiding middle and high school students on their spiritual journey, fostering a vibrant and supportive community where young people can grow in their faith. Our ministry offers a range of programs and activities designed to meet the unique needs of adolescents, from engaging Bible studies and worship sessions to impactful service projects and mission trips. By focusing on discipleship, leadership development, and authentic relationships, we aim to equip students with a strong, resilient faith that will carry them through the challenges of their teenage years and beyond. At The Highlands, we believe in nurturing the next generation of Christian leaders, helping them to discover their purpose and live out their faith with confidence and conviction.

When We Meet

Middle School & High School meets on Wednesday nights during the school year. Our 56ers ministry for 5th & 6th grade have Sunday morning programming during each of our services.

  • 56ers is our Sunday morning program for 5th & 6th grade students. This takes place during our 8:30am, 9:45am & 11:00am service. The 56ers will start the mornings in the main service with their families, then be dismissed after the first set of worship songs to head to our trailer!

  • Meets from 6:00 - 7:30 pm

    Pathfinders is a ministry for all 6th-8th grade students to have fun, grow relationally with one another and most importantly, grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our goal is to make sure that every student who walks through our doors feels welcomed, accepted, and wanted. 

  • Meets from 7:00 - 8:30 PM

    High school is one of the most formative times in life; a time where students begin the process of becoming adults. The vision for our ministry is to disciple students in encountering Jesus in a real, life-changing way over the course of this season of life.
